Delivery & Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our products. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, or register for online tutoring and coaching sessions. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund and Delivery Policy. When you buy a product on myGuru, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Refund policy and Delivery Policy.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: For myLESSONS and myQUESTIONS

Raise refund request within 14 days of purchase of myLESSONS and myQUESTIONS for a subject. Any refund request beyond 14 days of purchasing myLESSONS and myQUESTIONS will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation & Refunds: For myTUTOR and myCOACH

Raise refund request within 14 days of purchase of myTUTOR and myCOACH. Any refund request beyond 14 days of purchasing myTUTOR and myCOACH will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Learning Port reserves the right to postpone/cancel a session because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

  • In case Learning Port cancels a session, 100% of the fees will be refunded to the customer if a refund raise request is within 14 days of the cancelled session.
  • In case Learning Port cancels/postpones a session, the participants will be rescheduled to any upcoming batch without any extra charges.

Refund request can be initiated through sending an email to sales@learningport.com.my.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by a customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.

Learning Port reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Learning Port.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our delivery policy is as follows:

All order are processed within 1-2 business days. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For myLESSONS and myQUESTIONS

After payment is completed, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days containing login details for the parent account and child account. The parent account is used to access reports and purchase additional products. The child account is used to access the lessons and question banks for the subject purchased.

For myTUTOR and myCOACH

After payment is completed, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days containing the login details for the products purchased. Once you login, you will be able to view the schedule of sessions for the subjects purchased and the links to attend the sessions.
